I have forgotten my User ID

Your unique User ID was sent to you when you registered for MyBankOffshore. If you do not have a record of this please contact our Customer Services Department on +44 (0) 1624 641888 or email us at mbos@alil.co.im

I have forgotten my password or memorable information

Your password and memorable information are personal to you and our Customer Services Advisors cannot help you if you have forgotten them. You will need to complete the Lost or Forgotten Security Details option on the login page for MyBankOffshore.

I have been locked out of the MyBankOffshore system

If you have attempted to log in unsuccessfully, your account will be locked. Please complete the Lost or Forgotten Security Details page, which is located on the MyBankOffshore login and register pages. Your request will be processed and an email will be forwarded to you with instructions on how to reactivate your account.

I can’t complete Lost or Forgotten Security Details

Please check that you have entered your details correctly. If the incorrect details are entered repeatedly you will need to contact the bank.

I would like to add another of my Alliance & Leicester International accounts to MyBankOffshore

Click on 'Login' to MyBankOffshore and click on the Add Accounts icon at the top of the page. You will then be asked to enter the account number you wish to add.

How do I request a foreign exchange withdrawal?

If you wish to make a withdrawal in a currency which is different to the currency that your account is held in, please send us a secure message detailing the amount and currency of your withdrawal request, up to a Sterling equivalent of £25,000, together with the last 4 digits of the nominated account to which you wish the funds to be sent.

All foreign exchange requests will be subject to a call period of two working days which is required to put the necessary funds in place and applies even if the withdrawal is in the same currency as the currency of your account with us.

Foreign exchange transactions are carried out in accordance with our General Terms & Conditions.
